“Staying with you was the highlight of our trip so far.  You made us feel so welcome – a family away from home.  The views are breathtaking, water inviting and the hosts even more so.  Thank you so much Elaine and David for making us feel incredibly comfortable from the moment you met us at the door.  You certainly went well beyond the expectations of a B&B host -rather felt like we were staying with family.”

“Thanks for sharing your wonderful home.  I have traveled extensively around the world but seldom have I come across a spot which is so comfortable and kept to such high standards, with two lovely owners…next time we’ll make time for some swimming and paddling.”

“Elaine and Dave, thank you for opening your home and your hearts to me.  I feel like I could just move in as if I’ve known you a lifetime.  Beautiful experience, can’t wait to come again for a winter experience.”

“It was so much more than we could have asked for on a race weekend.  We appreciate how much thought and work you put into making sure we felt at home away from home.  It is difficult being away from home and having to compete, so this was much better than staying at a hotel, just to calm our nerves at the dock or have friendly conversation with the both of you.  Thank you so much for that.  We will be back for sure!”

Another fantastic Muskoka get-away with new lakes to explore, more great food and lots of laughs with great hosts.

It’s an amazing location! – right on Gull Lake and yet so close to all of Gravenhurst’s amenities – the Wharf, excellent golfing and restaurants.  Wake up and watch the sunrise over the lake, enjoy wonderfully healthy food and spend some time on the dock and exploring Muskoka.  You can’t beat it.  I LOVED my time here!  Thank you Dave and Elaine!!!

My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful September weekend at Tuktawayin.  We had planned a kayaking weekend and Elaine was very helpful with suggestions and knowledge about Gull Lake and the area.  Breakfasts were delicious, fresh and not too heavy.  The view is lovely.  We had planned an evening out at North Restaurant and enjoyed a wonderful dinner.  Elaine made our reservations for us.  Our time on the lakes was wonderful and it is an excellent way to de-stress.  Elaine and Dave’s home is lovely and they have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and welcoming.  We will be back!

We enjoyed a very special weekend at Dave and Elaine’s in August (we got engaged that weekend)! Gorgeous location, delicious breakfasts, extremely comfortable surroundings and most importantly the best hosts a B&B go’er can ask for!  Will definitely return.

In July we had the pleasure to spend two nights at Elaine and Dave’s B&B. We appreciated very much the time and work you put into making sure we felt comfortable and at ease. The nice moments we spent on your waterfront deck enjoying the swim in Gull Lake and the quietness of the site, it was a great way to end our holidays. Not to forget the delicious and generous breakfasts we got served. Muskoka was a discovery for us and we will have to go back to disover more of the region. Thank you very much.
